At a height of 125 mm, a width of 125 mm (4.9 in)and and a depth of 60 mm (2.4 in)(about the size of a CD), these G_100 (2BH100) ring blowers are the smallest on the market. They are suitable for use in many where space for blower operation is limited, and their unbelievably light weight (less than 1 kg/2.2 lbs.)makes them the ideal choice for mobile applications. The stepless and precise suction capacity of these machines means they always provide only the exact power that you actually need. |
 |
An innovative classic
Our G_200 (2BH1) blowers have a long history of success. These quiet all-rounders are known for their extremely high suction capacities of up to 2,500 m³/h (1,500 cfm)at pressure differences of up to 780 mbar (313 inches of H2O).Their superior design and precise production engineering ensure a long service life and low operating costs. These extremely dependable, low-maintenance devices are the top choice for a wide range of applications in the mechanical engineering industry - even where conditions are harsh.. |
 |
Unsurpassed at highest pressure differences
Our new G_400 family is the product of systematic research and the further development of our G_Series. These revolutionary machines operate at pressure differences of up to 1,000 m3/h (400 inches of H2O)- a level never before achieved by gas ring pumps. This means you can benefit from wear-free operation and low noise emission in applications where the required pressure difference once called for much larger and louder systems, or systems subject to extreme wear. |

L-Series- Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps and Compressors |
 |
High performance in the smallest spaces
Whether used in sterilizers or medical and laboratory equipment, L_100 liquid-ring vacuum pumps are the ideal choice
wherever conditions call for the lowest suction capacities in the smallest spaces. With a suction capacity of up to 10.5 m 3 /h (6.2 cfm), these mini-powerhouses are extremely quiet while consuming very little water and, of course, the L_100 machines also convey suction-side vapors and liquids. |
 |
Economical all-rounders of the monoblock pumps
As the new L_200 (2BV2/7) liquid-ring pumps from Elmo Technology clearly demonstrate, compact technology brings
significant savings. Our high-performance, multi-talented machines require less space and up to 50% less operating liquid, while conveying up to eight times the usual volume of liquid. This distinguishes the monoblock design of L_200 devices from conventional unit pumps and makes them especially suited for applications in the plastics industry and medical technology. |
 |
The monoblock pumps with maximum suction capacity
The monoblock pumps in the L_300 family (2BV5/6) are characterized by a very high suction capacity of up to 600 m 3/h (360 cfm)and are primarily used in applications involving high volumes of liquid. When suctioning condensable vapors, L_300 machines simultaneously act as condensers, thus doubling their suction capacity. |

MODEL: S_100 The complete system with unsurpassed reliability
Ready-to-connect systems
S_200 vacuum pumps are compact, ready-to-connect systems. supply, fill the water tank, install the suction line - and you're ready to go. These systems do not require a foundation. Cool and reliable The S_200 operate without oil, but still keep cool, even under the most demanding operating conditions, thanks to their patented discharge-air cooling. The casing temperature never exceeds 15°C (27°F) above room temperature. The discharge air leaves the pumps
below room temperature and is clean, dust-free and 100 % oil-free. These pumps are also extremely reliable, 1
are not sensitive to condensate from the air being handled and are unaffected by water vapour. The S_200 have
no problem handling continuous duty at end vacuum (against closed suction gate valve)and in fact
stay cool and minimize power consumption under these circumstances. |

MODEL: S2100 The complete system with unsurpassed reliability
Ready-to-connect systems
Specialists for extreme conditions Vacuum pumps and compressors with a capacity range above 10 kW (13 hp) and a suction pressure below 500 mbar abs. (15 inches Hg vac.) are subject to extreme loads, generally resulting in high operating temperatures and excessive noise levels. Additional cooling systems and soundproofing measures can help, but these also mean additional costs. Now you can keep your investment costs to a minimum with the new S_300, which makes high-cost additions a thing of the past. |
